The security of your data is important to us. We do NOT sell or share any of your personal information with anyone, and you will NEVER receive any spam from us or anyone we do business with. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Data Retention & Account Deletion
You can delete your WestDebt profile and all associated data — creditors, documents, strategies, payments, and case information — at any time from the Delete Account option in your Profile. If you have an active payment plan, the deletion flow opens the billing portal so you can cancel your subscription. Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our active systems. We may retain limited, de-identified or aggregated settlement statistics for research and reporting. To fully remove your login account, contact support@westdebt.com and we will complete removal within 30 days. Service-related information is available on our Disclosures page.
